Signing Up

• Download the Glofox app from the App Store.

• Search for "Empower Fitness Carlow."

• Register an account to purchase memberships, day passes, and book classes.

Gaining Access

1. Download the KISI app.

2. You’ll receive an email from KISI with easy to follow set-up instructions.

Important: Make sure to use the same email address.

you registered with Glofox when using the KISI app.

3. KISI will automatically sync your membership, day passes,

credit packs, and class bookings from Glofox.

4. Gain access by either:

• Swiping your phone on the reader on the turnstile, or

  1. Manually pressing the unlock button in the KISI app within 2 feet of the reader.
