Have you downloaded the Empower Fitness Carlow App yet? if not here are the simple steps you need to take.

*Step 1- Download the Glofox App

*Step 2- Search for Empower Fitness Carlow

*Step 3- Create your Account and register

*Step 4- Enter email & date of birth ( if you have already signed a gym waiver please use the same email address you have already given us )
